Fresh meat;
Homemade bread and cakes (without iodized salt, milk, butter, margarine, egg yolks);
Pasta (without eggs);
Vegetable oil;
Sugar, honey, clear fruit juices;
Canned fruit (peaches, pears and pineapples);
Coffee and tea (without milk or cream);
Eggs (egg whites).
